ElevateSport Africa supports African sports institutions in their structuring and capacity building.

Our mission: to strengthen organisations, showcase their actions, and build, from within, a credible and lasting impact.

The support we provide is pragmatic, collaborative, and rooted in local realities, helping structures become more effective, initiatives more visible, and impact more sustainable.

Each mission combines targeted diagnostics, co-design of tailored tools, and hands-on implementation support, carried out in close collaboration with internal teams.

Who are our services for

Sports institutions: National Olympic Committees, ministries, national and regional federations.

They may sometimes face challenges such as a lack of internal structure, gaps in planning or follow-up, funding constraints, under-recognised results, complex dynamics between departments or partners, under-utilised potential, pressure to deliver without sufficient support, and fragmented coordination between levels.
These institutions may also mandate ElevateSport Africa to support their clubs or local structures when they lack the resources to access direct support.t.

Support and funding actors: international federations, foundations, NGOs, private companies and CSR branches.

The Founder

My name is Natacha. I have spent nearly 20 years at the heart of international sport, notably at UEFA and FIA. As a PMP® certified professional, I apply global project management standards to turn vision into concrete results.

I have designed and led programmes in Africa and beyond, focused on governance, safety, inclusion, and education, working closely with ministries, federation leaders, and clubs.

With ElevateSport Africa, I created the kind of support model I always wished existed in major sports institutions: structuring, collaborative, and rooted in local realities.

First tested in African motorsport, this model is now ready to be applied across other disciplines, to strengthen the foundations of sport and build sustainable dynamics.

Because Africa deserves that we rise as one.
